Are you selling the wheels or offering powder coating services?

I did that to my truck when I first got it. The pc shop near me charged me $400 for all 4...and all the other places I called were about the same. How'd u get it done so cheap. Did u paint the centercaps?

I had the truck on jackstands for 3 days while they did the wheels.

MY roommate did it and another buddy did it on his H3, both of them used hammer coat spray paint. My buddy with the H3 has had it for over 6 months now with no chipping. It costed both of them 40 Dollars to do all four wheels. Heres the thread that i started a while back on it

A guy painted the center caps like you did but removed the ram logo and put the cummins logo in place of it.

I got the wheels powder coated in Ocala, FL at Bray Powder Coating. $50/wheel plus tax. It was $125/wheel where I live, so it was worth a 25 minute drive. The guys there were really cool. I ended up swapping my stock tires in exchange for the powder coated wheels. It took 3 days to do the powder coating. So, while the truck was on jackstands, we painted the headlights and the centercaps black, taping off the ram head. Then got my 35x12.5 Toyo Open Country MTs mounted, and put the 2" leveling spacer on. So all in all, my truck was on jackstands about 5 days.

Yeah my headlights are painted. We put them in the oven at like 300F for 3-5 minutes to loosen the seal. While the head lamp was still hot I used a thin flathead to work around the edge of the headlamp seal to break the seal. This was a very tedious process. Then we masked off the area not to be painted.

Here are some before and after pics of the headlights:

I really want to do this mod next. Could you have used a heat gun to loosen up the seal on the headlights? I'm worried about the plastic melting on the rack in the oven.

I like the look the of powder coated wheels - the only problem is that the stock wheel hides too much of the Toyo MT's inside the wheel well.

That's a tradeoff though.

have you had any proplems w/ your headlights not sealing now that you took them apart? I love the look, especially on my black ram, you can get the nightrunner lights for like 500$, or you can do it for 20$ your way, I like my money in my pocket ha ha, been through any rain yet to see if they leak?
