my diesel is 9 yr old and has just over 100,000 miles. question 1: why are both batteries suddenly showing large amounts of corrosion? and how to clean question 2 i am needing to put water in the radiator once month or so. why?
Nine years old means it's at least an 05, your in the wrong section. Batteries are due, lots of electronics on these trucks assuming you have a third gen, just replace them it's time. Check around the water pump, they have a weep hole that will loose water as the pump goes bad.
