Dodge snuck in a warranty extension to replace the garbage turbo actuators, go to Mopar or NTSB sites. gives you 150k and 15 years, I believe. All free as long as you have the proper error code.

And ? Not new. Welcome.
I didn't know they were junk. I had and 07 for 10 years without issue, and now have an 17 without the same issue.

Mine went at 103,000 miles and putting my vin number in comes up NA. Mine went before the extended warranty came about, but still cant get anything for it going bad.
... 2 friends one 2011 one 2012 both had the actuator go also.

Yep, they are. Why else would Ram be extending the warranty to 150k miles for one part? If it wasn't for NTSB, I'd be out 2400$ Hey I'm happy all 2015 RAM owners should be!!

Not all. As i mentioned. I put my vin number in for mine and it came back NA... Mine was ordered April 2015, and delivered June 2015. My actuator went 2 years ago at 103,000 miles.

Wish it covered all trucks, it’s not just a known issue on 2015s. I’m out of pocket 985 because I drive a ‘14. Thanks FCA.

I think the extended warranty only applies to the 2015, despite the fact that the problems seem to happen on later models too.

As a somewhat frequent reader of this forum who tries to learn about and prevent issues. I hope I am safe as my truck is predominantly used for towing and long drives with extensive use of the exhaust brake.
