Im running 2.4d now and cruising on Interstate at 75mph rail sits at 20k where it normally does. The issue is it doesn't want want to shoot up like it did before. With 2.3pl it would shoot right over 25k when I stomped it. With 2.4d it drops to around 17k psi and won't go up to 24k til after like 15secs... Rail psi always jumped fast on the other cl tunes, but were much hotter tunes. Any ideas?

My fuel psi is about 20psi at idle and 10psi under throttle. Maybe my fuel supply isn't keeping up? possibly run a little higher lift pump psi? It can't be my cp3 because my rail shot up fast under other cl tunes.

Bumped fuel psi up to 25-26 psi at idle and about 14-15 under wot. Pretty much same results. Rail just doesn't shoot up to 24k n stay like it did on other cl tunes...

I didn't get to check my prv yet due to work, but I found I have a boost leak. It's not holding consistent boost under wot. It'll hit around 70-72 sometimes and immediately start falling off... So I gotta build some type of apparatus to check system for leaks. I know it isn't in my primary system. It sits right at 32psi even though total will fall to 55-60 psi some times.

Fuel will come out that line. It can't come out the sensor tho. You new to run the truck with the line in a container and watch the fprv for seepage

O so I gotta pull the line off the prv and down by the canister so I can actually move the line out of the way. I didn't think anything would come out of the line...

Yeah just kinda bend it out off the way off the rail use a pop bottle or somthing to put over it then you won't have to bent it so much. Wipe the prv clean and start it.
