Yea can you be more specific on how your buddy drilled his rail out?? Doesn't sound to promising

yup....

i'm really not certain what he did to acheive this, all i know is that he drilled it out somehow. he ran the same chip set-up i was runnig for a little while, juice w/att hot stage, plus bully dog power pup, and he didn't have the timing rattle sound i was getting when running those two together. his was a 2003

not too sure what to say about this one......i agree w/ everyone on this.(not good) im not say'n it would be hard if you had adequate mach. skills and proper equipment. i know how to opperate the mills pretty good but w/o some specs and blueprints id be scared to try it out...at least on my rig. the way you explained it, i get this mental pic of a young guy in the yard w/ a dewalt variable speed drill and a paddle bit jam'n it down in there. but just find out how he did it and stuff and post back!

He Sold It And Bought Another 12v. Has A Twin Set-up K31 On Bottom And 64/14 On Top Its Hella Fast Set Up For Sled Pulling Though It Wastes His Brothers Which Is 12v With 24v Head On It And That Truck Put Down 562hp And Like 1250 Tq. Around That Mumber Somewhere.

props if he made it work but that is alot of psi to be messin with!

Naw It Was Still Working Fine, Just Likes The 12v Motor
