If I were to upgrade my radio to a fancier factory model, would ALFAOBD allow me to do whatever programming change was required?

I have had some success with changing some of the values, but didn't know if it is the tool I need to use for a radio swap.

It actually isn't for mine, but for my daughters, which does not have the touch screen radio. Thanks in advance

There are some nice branded android radios that might be plug and play made specifically for your road machine. Many are available on Amazon with a great return policy.

Depends on the year of the truck and what radio you wanted to go to. 10-12 truck's your better of going aftermarket, 13-18 if going from the base 3.0 or the mid 5.0 touch screen and wanting to do the 8.4 swap you'll need alfaobd but you'll need other parts for the conversion also. At that point it's cheaper to go aftermarket
