I have a a 92 Dodge ram d250 and my question is would anyone know if I can fit a second gen intercooler and radiator or would it be more of a headache than it's worth?

For no more then you would gain it wouldn't be worth it on the radiator, some have done it on the intercooler. Do you do heavy towing?

No I plan on making decent power with the truck and the radiator is shot so I was gonna switch out both

Just buy a aluminum radiator for your truck.

For the intercooler I use a 99 power stroke unit. Very easy to swap.

The kks unit I received seem to have fairly good quality.

I run that rad in my truck, seems to be just fine. I have a second gen cooler in mine. They do fit with some mods
Did you ever pressure test that cooler? Any second gen one that I’ve tested had holes everywhere almost like the metal was porous.

That’s one of my next projects. I have a whole 2nd gen to pull parts from, so that rad will be going in. Before this fell into my lap I would’ve done one of those aftermarket aluminum rads.
