I was wondering, and looked in the instruction manual and didn't find anything, but if the batteries are disconnected to work on the truck, like to do some wiring or disconnecting other things and so forth. Does the bd throttle booster retain its memory? Like retaining the throttle position relearn from when it was installed? Thanks

Yes the BD TSB does remember. I wasn't sure until I disconnected the batteries again to install my Edge. Now I know for sure.

I wasn't sure either. I ordered a ts Stryker yesterday and knew I was gonna have to disconnect batteries to install, just thinking ahead in whether I need to re learn my TSB. Thank you!

That's good to hear that the BD TSB has memory, since I have one. I also have a Stryker to install once it warms up outside. The directions do not mention disconnecting the batteries.

I never did on previous trucks, but these new ones are really sensitive to throwing codes when unplugging electrical things. Even if cleared, I believe Those codes are stored and that in turn would give the dealership something to hassle you over.
