What do I do with the sensor in the crossover tube from the cooler to the egr motor? I would like to take the tube and cooler completely off. Do I just plug it back in and tie it up out of the way or just leave it unplugged?

Leave it unplugged. Take the butterfly out of the intake too. It is 2 little star screws. It seems to spool much quicker that way.

I agree with just unplugging the crossover but I wouldn't bother with removing the butterfly valve as it's standard position is open. Let me say that another way, you can remove the valve but you don't have to.

If you are talking about the ones going through the egr cooler, I just hooked them together. Kind of like when you bypass a heater core.
