I got my overflow valve from TST today and have a few questions.
1. I ordered the seal kit also and all it came with was one washer with rubber sprayed on it in the middle is the the entire seal kit?
2. To install this thing do I have to bleed out the pump and everything or just back out the old one and tighten this one to 18lbs(as stated by the haynes manual) I checked the manual and it tells you how to check the system but not change the overflow valve. Thank you for your help.

1. Only one washer? I thought it can with two? Oh well your stock ones should be fine to reuse unless they were leaking.
2. Install it finger tight, then back it off 1/4 turn and push the primer bulb about 10 times, or until bubbles stop coming out, and it should start right up without even a stumble

I don't think you need to go to that much trouble. Just install it and start it. It may take a little more cranking than usual, but a 12 valve will start anyway.

Second that. I've changed many and never bled anything, no problems.
You are only introducing air into the return system.

The overflow valve is the first part in the return system. So any air introduced by R & R of the overflow valve will go directly into the return line from the OFV to the tank. Even if some of the air managed to get in an injection line the engine will still start and purge any air introduced by the work.
