I dont believe they will connect. Quad told me that the xzt+ for my 98 cant be controlled by my commander but they do actually plug in to each other.

Quad Commander & XZT problem
Ok here it goes. I tried to save some do and buy from guys on the forum but I have hit a snag. I bought a commander from one guy and an XZT2002 from another. I go to do the install and the Commander and XZT cant connect because the plugs dont match. Can anyone tell me what I can do to finish my install. Is there an adapter? HELP:banghead::doh::S:

The guy i bought the xzt from had it connected to his commander. I think I ended up with an older version of the commander and need some sort of adapter.
