programming question

Have a 2010 manual and smarty s-67. Was wondering if injection timing should be fooled with at all with stock injectors. At least I think they are I have only had the truck for 4 months and one of the previous owners had something done to it bc I got a hold of the most recent owner and he ran an exhaust with out a programmer. Any input would be great thanks guys

I get my best mpg on sw7 with default timing. IF you can drive with a cautious right foot there's no worries for the trans, but if you tend to drive aggressively stick to sw3!
