I have an 07 F-650 Rollback with a 5.9 Cummins and an automatic transmission... I'm trying to see if anybody makes a programmer/chip/tuner for it, with fuel prices I'll do anything to help mileage, and a little bit of extra power never hurt anybody...lol... Any ideas or suggestions??? :$:

I was thinking that, but I know the transmission is different so I didn't want to try and mess something up... I had a Bully Dog Triple Dog and was thinking about trying it, but I was too scared...lol... How would I explain that to the dealer...

not sure, it would be interesting to know if a standard 5.9 chip/programmer would work on a bigger rig. they might have some different computer stuff. i know that TS Performance makes some stuff for tractors and ag equipment, so maybe they have stuff for big rigs too

I E-Mailed TS Performance and Banks a few minutes ago, hopefully they have something for me... Banks makes alot of stuff for motorhomes with Cummins motors in them, so that might work out good for me... I'll have the fastest rollback in town...:peelout:woot::lol3:

I would say ts performance would have one. They make chips for ag equipment and stuff like that. Im pretty sure they have one for your truck.

If a smarty won't work contact diesel injection of pittsburgh

They do a ton of big truck stuff so they've probably got something or at least could lead you in the right direction and we get a lot of Cat parts from them and they are a great company to deal with. With their help and the pittsburgh power box We've put some on highway trucks to over 900 Horsepower and 3000+ torque.

you might want to try calling "rolling big power" also, talk to roland if you can (the owner) He has a few f650's, 4500 and things like that. He could probably steer you in the right direction.

Well Mads/Smarty said it won't work as far as they know, but see if I can get one or borrow one to see what the ECM software version is and we can go from there... Hmmmm... Still no reply from Banks or TS...

*UPDATE*

Just got off the phone with Banks... If the truck has the allison six speed they should be able to use one of the motorhome programmers(He's looking into it), if it's the five speed they said it's not rated for the power gain and won't hold up...
