Hey guys I need a little help. Just installed twins a couple weeks ago. Top is HTT 64/13 S300 and bottom is S480. At 70 psi the truck pops and sounds like the blow off valves are opening. Ran them down almost max still does it at 70 psi. Took blow off valves off and plugged the two holes, still pops. Plenty of fuel with twin pumps. (Rail relief opening?) All boots are good and tight and will hold boost pressure. Have F1 springs installed.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Oh yeah the ECM keeps throwing the P0243 code, Wastegate Pressure Control pwm. or at least that is what the smarty is saying.

Thanks

are the turbo(s) waste gated or are you running blow off valves?

Do you have the Wastegate Fooler plugged into the connector for the factory turbo wategate?

The top turbo is wastegated and there are 2 blow off valves on the intercooler pipe. The boost fooler connector is disabled by the smarty. Truck pulls very hard and strong until 70 psi then quits pulling and starts to flutter.
