I have a 2001 ram 3500 w/ 24v cummins.Started out with no power on cold mornings but now as you drive it .Sometimes once every 5 min or once an hr.The truck has under 60,000mi.I changed the filters. also just noticed an oil leak looks like it's coming from under the injector pump. your thoughts would be much appreciated.

my sons 2001 3500 started doing the same thing and leaking fuel from the injector pump. Had to replace injector pump eventually as it got harder to start and reached a point it would not start

Your oil leak is probably coming from the vacuum pump which is right underneath the vp44. Look from underneath at where the power steering pump joins onto the vacuum pump. There is a oil seal on that shaft between the two that is the culprit on a lot of these.
