Problems after wicked wheel upgrade

Hey all, thanks for the add!!!!
So I just installed the wicked wheel on my 2014 3500 with aisin. It has the dpf, egr delete.
Started the truck after getting it back together, and it blows masssive black smoke, and will not rev, in drive or reverse. Will not go into high idle with cruise control either. Any advice or things to check? I went back through all the connections and they are tight.

Can you spin the wheel by hand, I mean is it locked up or binding?

You didn’t by chance stuff a rag somewhere to stop dirt ingress, and forgot about it did you? Because I do know of professional mechanics doing that.
