what is the differece between the basic programmer and the HOT+2, if you buy the standard one, can you download the tune to to over 300 hp like the HOT+2 or is the most that tuner will go is 215 hp?

also what would i need to do to run the hot+2 tune on my truck besides needing a dual disc clutch? valve springs, prob turbo?.....
