I was wondering if i power coated my block & head if it would stay on, or crack with the heat & expansion.

Almost positive it would crack, why would you want to powder coat it?

i know they can barely pc a stack and even then they cant get it to a gloss finish because of the heat. so i doubt they can do stuff under the hood.

It'll work but it has to be so oil free it isn't even funny. The slightest bit of oil and the coating starts to bubble.
