low mileage is nice, but that is still over priced. A quick Nada check has the highest retail price around $17k. If you are financing, most banks wont loan you aver nada book value either.

Man, that is a clean looking truck.
If it drives well, no blowby, no jerky steering and its clean underhood, with batteries & cables looking good. take it for a 20-30 minute test drive. watch for smoke and odd noises.
Try to find an independent diesel pickup repair shop and pay for an hour and have them inspect if you are unsure of what to look for.
Then go back and offer $20.500.

West coast prices seem to be higher than many other places.
MyCarFax lists my 2003 slt 2500 with 133k miles for private sales at $ 19.250.

I agree it is a little over priced for what it is. I’m going to go look at it when I get out of the field and hopefully beat them down a little bit. Thanks for the input guys

And it looks like the previous owner(s) have been towing heavy loads with it. It's beautiful, but overpriced.

Pay attention to the steering as you test drive it...try to drive on a highway to see how it handles/stays in the lane at high speeds. Steering wander may cost you another $2K just to make it drivable.
