Definitely file a dispute. You'll get your money back. Paypal takes the buyers side automatically.

I moved this to the correct area. I also sent him a PM about this issue. All his current classifieds have been locked.

Gotta wait 45 days though, iirc.
THIS IS MIS-LEADING
Any dispute through Paypal has GOT BE INITIATED before the 45 day period has ended ( from payment date ) Other wise Paypal isn't obligated to help

Thanks for the correction, I guess I didn't recall correctly, lol.

Anyone doing something like this should really do their own research, contrary to popular belief, not everything on the internet is correct.

If you used a credit card to pay through paypal, you can dispute the charge with your card company and they will take the money back from paypal, then paypal will get it back from the seller. I just spoke to Visa about this.
I recently had the same problem with another seller. I sent $660 as a gift and Paypal wouldn't help (I understand why) but my bank got the money back in two weeks because it wasn't the turbo he stated it was. I got the money back and I still have the turbo in my pocession because that's what the bank said to do. If PayPal can't help you out and you payed with a visa they will help.
