pmt to smarty

I just switched from a pmt to a smarty and I put my smarty on today and i'm just wondering if the smarty has the options to program all the stuff like the running lights and fog lights with high beams and stuff like that that the pmt did?

No. Only tire size.

Ok thanks do your know if I can adjust that stuff with the bully dog and take it off and put it on a different truck and leave my smarty on mine?
