Eery four wheel drive shop in my town makes them. I think you can just go to a place that carries lexan or plexiglass and pick up some thin lexan and cut them out yourself. I live in california, people want to be cool and have big trucks, and be in compliance with local lift laws so they use mud flaps. Mud flaps are not cool, but if you can't see them then you are OK. BTW they don't scratch very easy, just keep them clean.
