please help with pictures

my friend wants a new 07-08 3500 dually, megacab. could someone please send me some pictures of their truck with lift and big tires. i need to email him the pictures, so please send them to where i can send them on to him. thanks so much. maybe i just can copy and paste them or is there other ways as well? sorry, not very good with pictures....lol. thanks again.
