What is the easiest way to get the plastic clips out that hold the air dam onto the front bumper?

Looks like a typical center push clip, but just wondering before I go at taking it off.

Has to come off for the front receiver hitch mount to go on. Hopefully, I can trim it, and put it back on.

That's all they are, probly can pry them out with a flat head if you don't have a pin tool.
