HELP!! I am up here in Northern Utah in the middle of Cache Valley. I am trying to restore my 1st gen and am having the hardest time finding some certain parts. I work at a body shop and am having all the body work on the cab finished as i type this. My truck bed is basically totaled though, except for the left bedside. If i could find a new right bedside or whole new bed than i would be set. The other thing is Interior trim peices(which i know are dang hard to come by for these old trucks). I have searched the internet tons of times but have turned really nothing up. I have also shifted threw the selection of both Transwest and A one salvage with no luck at all. Does Anyone know of any other good places to check or even have something they could sell me, i would be willing to buy anything in fairly good condition. I am tryin to go with a blue/grey interior and already have a new dash. I can also stain trim panels too. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks for reading.

Crabtree told me around 2007 that they don't carry anything before 1998. So no dice. A1 has a couple first gens but they are just about out of good parts. There is also transwest out by smith and edwards not sure on thier selection.

I have been to both A1 and transwest and they are out of any parts i can use, i got everything i could from both them. I just need interior and a new truck bed.

I have 3 bed's in So Cal really nice no rust not that far of a drive either there a 150 miles from Vegas in Barstow Ca let me know if you are interested in 1Plus I have a Very nice set of fender's and a Hood also

LMC is racist against 1st gens. They only go back to 94 on dodges.

Wow Apple valley is almost a straight shot down I-15 for me but still 659 miles, would you be willing to do like a half way deliver and how much would you want for one? I dont need a hood but how much for the fenders? Thanks, Oh and RockinJW i will check them out for sure, thanks. And yes LMC Trucks dont like 1st gens. They have every other type but the 1st gen body style.

ive parted out about 20 1st gens but scrapped most of the bodies, wish i would have kept them around now, i have a friend in millville with a bed he wants to sell.

have you checked out in at the junk yard just outside preston. I forget the guys name but he has a lot of trucks

look on ksl anything from i thing 83 to 93 will pretty much work. when i re did my 1st gen i got a 83 half ton and used the whole bed and a couple of the interior peices

I bought a 93 extended cab for everything but the body for a cummins swap. The left side of the bed is in good shape, I will try to get some pictures tomorrow but I could let it go for a good price. I am by Provo.

Hey thanks everyone but i got a bigger problem putting the resto. on the back burner. I Screwed up my camshaft causing me to have to rebuild the engine, due to my own stupidity...Anyways when i get done with that i will start surfing the KSL Classifieds. Before I make the drive up, is holst an actual "pickApart"? Like walk out through the yard and look for yourself?

Try using Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market it lists most of the salvage yards around the country and there inventory. There are two beds in on there for $450-500 in Utah.
