Has anyone tried/seen this, its in the June 08 Diesel Power (pg 163), it says 10 pre-calibreted power levels, fully programmable, unlimited re-calibration capability, to me it sounds like EFI Live for the Cummins.

Are they even the kind of company that could pull off a product like that???
I don't know, seems like a big task for a company you don't hear much about, I have one of the striker modules in the wifes Jeep CRD and like it, great for the money, just wanted more mpg and it helped, gettin 25-30 with it and thats 50/50 town/hwy driving.

Painless Striker MD

OK, let me try to fill in some of the blanks on the Striker MD. Yes, it has 10 preset power levels. We make power by intercepting and modifying the fuel pressure and boost signals. Nothing new here. Where the Striker MD differs is that we allow you to custom tune the fuel pressure and boost independently of each other. You can develop your own Performance Tune, Towing Tune and yes.... Economy Tune. Save these to the controller and you can call them up on the fly. We also give you a digital readout of boost, fuel pressure and EGT (if you add a thermocouple or tap into an existing thermocouple). And one other useful feature is real-time graphing of your fuel pressure, boost and EGT over a period of time.

We will be releasing the Striker MD in early July. We are working on final details of the instruction manual and some of the other ten bazillion details that go into releasing a new product. Go to http://www.painlessperformance.com/assets/08Catalog/page18.pdf and get more information on the Striker MD. Check our web site over the next couple of weeks. As soon as it is completed the full color instruction manual will be available for download at no charge.

Hope this clears up some of your questions. Please feel free to reply if you have more.

And yes.... I am a Painless employee, just in case there were any doubts out there.
