I just added efi live from anarchy along with the CTS and EAS egt probe, everything was going great for a week. Now i have a P2509 code and Everytime i clear it with the CTS it comes back istantly PCM/ECM intermittent power. Batteries are optimas less than a year and a half old, i did check some connections all the ones i checked were snug. Just looking for some insight. thanks fellas Also the low windshield wash light comes on and off but then stays on for a period of time and i just filled the tank maybe have something to do with it? the low windshield wash light has been coming on since i filled the tank i dont get it?

Just curious if you got it fixed? If not test the batteries and alternator. I know your batteries aren't very old, but it would be a good place to start.

Our 06 QCLB ranch truck had the same issue, and ended up being a loose cable. Clearing it wont actually clear the code from what I seen. It takes like 3-5 starts with no issues to clear the light then you can clear the codes out. With it being an active code it wont clear, only stored codes will clear. I would double check all the connections on the battery, starter, and alternator again.

especially the terminal/nut that has the large red lead going to/feeding the other batt...
dis assemble that and clean the ends of that cable and the contact it makes on the threaded end and the nut..and all wires connecting to that location...

on a side note..especially with band new batteries..you really should wirebrush/sand paper the new battery terminals before you install the cable ends..
even though they are new..the grey film/oxidation on the lead ends can drastically reduce electronic contact through the terminals.

Go over every connection from the batteries, if the code is still going off the the issue hasnt been fixed. The "low wash" is kinda common, so far i havnt heard of a way or been able to fix mine, clean connections and used dielectric grease, if i ever get around to it i may pull the reservoir and the sensor out and try to clean it.
