P2146 Need Help

Have a good friend with a 2006 just called and said today the truck started running rough, low on power but no apparent smoke. Had a mechanic hook up scan tool and pull P2146. Said he shut down #1 #2 #3 injectors and nothing changed. Shut down the other three and you could tell the difference. Researched the code and see it could be injectors, harness, or ECM. Just want to see what the obvious is with a 2006. Thanks. Also has 69000 mi.
