same issue here, need some advice, 2007 6.7 w/ mini and deleted. P2121 throttle pedal position sensor, switch de circuite range and performance, i replced the ecm, the pedal and still same problem runs good on cruise, what wires did you chase down?
I hace an 11 also and want to delete but dont want the stealer headaches

Turns out the ECM had three small rocks in it so ECM wasn't seating properly. Note the dealer is the one who installed the ECM so go figure
