P06D3 sensor reference voltage 5 circuit low. Can't figure out what this means!

I have a 2016 2500 fully deleted with the race me ultra with warp tuning. Every time I go more than 30-40% throttle the engine cuts out and returns to an idle and the check engine light comes on with the P06D3 code. I have replace the sensor on the throttle pedal and the transmission line pressure transducer and no luck. Any tips or help would be great!

Not sure what the sensor is for but some sensors require a small voltage for testing/referencing. With the engine running or ignition on can you probe the wires to that sensor? One should be showing your reverence voltage.
