So ive searched the forum and couldnt find anyone fixing this issue or having it. Its P0473 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 High. Now i have a Edge Insight that can clear codes but this one wont go off for a second, Is this sensor most likely bad or possible dirty and cant read? Where is this sensor located at? The dealer told me if any type of check engine light is on the dpf will not clean, can anyone clarify this for me? Any help is greatly appriciated.

I think this is the sensor up by the thermostat. Follow the stainless tube off of the exhaust manifold to the front of the motor. The sensor is on the end. Might have soot blocking the line.

It's easy to clean this tube out if you have a piece of string off of a string trimmer. Usually they have a sharp edge running down the length of the string and you can twist it in the tube to clear out most of the soot. Clean the sensor as much as possible and put it back together, and i bet the code goes away. ")

If the tube is clean, the sensor is clean, AND the casting the sensor threads into is clean, then it is likely a bad sensor.

Are you stock or deleted? (DPF? EGR?)

Would you happen to have a part number for that sensor?
