when they idle noisy usually the truck has abnormally high rail pressure. Usually this is caused by the FCA sticking (fuel control actuator). Are you getting any other codes? Is your idle surging at all? or is it just noisy?

Yep, that would do it. You may want to look into changing the fuel control actuator. On the back of the high pressure pump on the drivers side of the motor the FCA is the one electrical connection on the pump. Available online at a bunch of diesel shops or if you have a cummins near by that would be another good avenue. It is held on with 3 T25 torx screws... be careful not to strip those out or you'll be in sad shape.
