if you start with a stock 841 p-pump (160hp) what has to be done to make it flow 500-550ccs? 21mm rack is a given.

More than you can do at home doing the home pump man imitation.Pump cam needs changed,barrels and plungers,DV's,governor springs,afc work and run on a stand.All the work you can throw at it will mean squat if its not done by a good pump shop and ran on a stand to set it up......Andy
