overflow orifice

IS there an overflow orifice or valve on a 1992 dodge w250 with the bosch ve rotary pump? on this particular truck the pump gets realy hot after driving around and the chilton pro online says that its the overflow orifice causing this?any help would be greatly appriciated. ANd the mods to the truck are smoke screw turned and the full power screw is turned in too.

i dont mean to hi-jack but, fuel has begun to come out of my overflow alot now, anyyone ever had this problem? should i just seal it shut?

Your fuel pin that rides on your afc has a bad o-ring,your pump top will need to be resealed.

ok but were is the overflow at i need help asap please. a photo of it would help too

The overflow orfice is located in the banjo bolt for the return line. It comes out the injection line end. Just above the fuel shutoff solenoid.
