i went on a 350 mile trip. (it was all highway) when i got back i let it sit and idle before i shut it off. it was shaking and didn't sound like it was running on all 6. it has 306,000 miles and never had the engine touched. i pulled the injectors thinking i had a bad one. they were
pop-tested and all checked out ok. my milage has also gone down hill to about 400 miles a tank. WHERE DO I LOOK NEXT OR ANY IDEAS TO WHAT MIGHT BE GOIGN ON??

Before you pulled the injectors you should have tested them in the truck to find if in fact on cylinder was out. With the truck running, crack the #1 injection line at the injector and listen for an rpm drop and shaking. Then tighten the nut and do the same to the #2. If the injector is not firing (wether it be an injector or pump problem) the rpm won't change.
Also make sure the injector is getting a good high pressure shot of fuel, don't test this with your hand, use a piece of cardboard.

Check the p-pump to make sure one of the plungers isn't stuck in the bore
