I traded an '02 in for my '08 which I recently traded in on my '10 and the difference is night and day.
Newer is more refined, better ride, better power, front ends seem to hold up a hell of a lot better, trans are more reliable, interior is nicer and more comfortable and I'm sure there are other things I can't think of.
I would highly recommend taking one for a test drive, a lot of dealers will even give you a weekend with it, hook up a trailer if you tow and take it for a ride......you won't be sorry.
