Oil pouing from lower rad hose.

Bought an 01 from my son in law . He took it apart to build a pulling truck. Lost interest. So i just resealed it p pumped it. The oil feed line was stripped on oil cooler cover so swaped it from 12 valve. Fured it up pours oil out of lower radiater snout. I pulled back off pressure tested cooler. Tested good. Same problem. Any insight would be appreciated.
