Not when it's dripping on my drive. But seriously, I checked the pan before I left the dealer...clean and new.
I love those two little words.. BUY BACK ! My wife has a BMW that was "exchanged" I didnt even have to fight for it, they did it all on their own. A dealer & mfg rep knows when these things just cant be fixed, and are a lemon. Its cheaper for them to just take it back and give you a new one. Think about all the legal fees they would rack up fighting you, it would cost more then the truck costs to produce. They're actually talking about a buy-back.
Sorry to hear that. It took them really about 1 week (once they finally got it diagnosed). They had to order the part. Once the part came in, it was 2 days.Crawled under mine just now to see oil drops on some rear pan bolts, motor mount, bracket by turbo oil draining(all passenger side)and bell housing as original post shows. Great... How many weeks to fix this???
