Oil inside injector connectors

Got a p2149 on a 2005 truck. Noticed injector connectors at cylinder head had a small amount of engine oil inside them. Do the wires under the valve cover get oil soaked and cause higher resistance or is this normal?

It is entirely possible if the injector harness plugs are leaking you could get that code. It is also possible you have a bad injector solenoid.

Trying spraying the plug and socket out with electronic component cleaner and blow it dry. If that doesn't help you will have to pull the VC cover and do some testing.
