could be the trans cooler in the radiator, head gasket, cracked block.

i would put a radiator in it first then see it that fixes it!

but yea you do have a trans cooler i beleive in the radiator and if there is a crack or anything i can see it leaking

well my radiator has no trans cooler in it however i've been hearing a lot about the torque converter cooler above the starter? I think thats the only place where the trans is cooled by the engine coolant?

fixed.....it was the torq converter cooler on the back of the block . The part at dodge is $561 wholesale at dodge and it's $330 from cummins I will post the cummins part number later today. Thanks to all who helped with the diag
