All I can say is the quicker you get rid of them, the better.

I just got my truck back today after my sensors went out. I got a message saying I needed to get my truck service ASAP. Well 2 grand later, my sensors are fixed.

Just wondering what your service issues were that resulted in such an expensive repair?

So I took it in Monday. They read a code and replaced the back sensor but they didnt think it fixed the problem so the man hours just kepts increasing. I drove the 20 miles home and went to work the next morning. The MIL came on again. I took it to the dealer this morning. They got the same code as Monday as well as a different one. They figured a computer redownload or reflash would help, it didnt. They then replaced both sensors and that cleared the MIL. I still have my fingers crossed that the light doesnt reappear. All in all the cost wasnt all parts, just the stupid dealer who wouldnt reimburse the cost because I signed the papers and I drove off (I was told the sensors were fixed). Most of my cost was man hours but also the 3 sensors the dealer used

are you out of warranty?

Even if he is, 2k for the parts he had repaired is ridiculous. I wondered if they supplied the vaseline for the job also.
2 grand does seem high

bad connection to O2 sensor

I taking my 2012 3500 in for the 2nd time in a week for a "bad connection with the O2 sensor" code. the first time the dealer put in new wires and new sensors. 70 miles later same code "bad connection with O2 sensor" they asked that I leave it for the day so they could check everything out. I have a good dealership I work with and trust.
