Nv5600 rebuild

Alright guys, removed all the teeth off of 6th gear in my 5600 last night jacking with a BMW after walking a new deleted 6.7 power stroke. Was at WOT around 95-100, guess the turbo hit max boost around that time and ZIP it went. I have done it before with less power rolling into it, lugging it a little maybe.

I need a stronger 6th gear, only option I really know of is cryo. But will it hold this time. Any options are being considered, even a 48re swap with manual VB. But mainly I want to hear about replacement parts or even places to do it. Hopefully in texas. I know GecoveyC and valair1 will have some input

Blew mine up a few months ago. Looked and looked for options. Leaned toward an Eaton trans even haha. Only options r cryo and finding made in USA parts is getting hard it seems cause I rejected 3 main shafts they wanted to use cause they all came from over seas. All in all it's cryo or swap time is what I came up with after two weeks of digging. I didn't cryo or nothing just back to stock and see how long it goes for this time.
An option would be to check out ats diesel. They have built manual trannys, their website says cro treated, upgraded this and that. A little steep in the price but when it comes to diesel what price aint steep, atleast for my wallet.
Highgear builds NV's. Call them and see where their parts are coming from.

Appreciate the word, did you do it yourself or has someone do it. Been thinking about pulling mine apart just to see how difficult it is. G56 are easy to rebuild from what I have seen but I know this is a whole different animal. I kow Pure Diesel Power sell gears and all, they just say (aftermarket). I'm going to give them a call today. Need someone with a machine shop to start throwing us out some options!
