nv4500 swap. 2000 into a 1999?

I am replacing my nv4500, I found one out of a 2000 3500. Is it a straight up r&r or is there any changes?

Input shaft may be different because several were available. Otherwise, a direct swap.

How much did you pay? Remans are $900 & new are $1500.
