The only long term proven lubes to use are Castrol Syntorq LT(not Syntech or Syntorque) or Amsoil MTG.
Fill to the bottom of the fill hole, no higher, about 5 quarts.

Any other lubes including synthetics are well proven to eat your carbon fiber syncros like acid.
Royal Purple and Redline are a couple that definitely eat syncros.

Castrol Syntorq is pricey unless you call these guys> Blumenthal - Blumenthal Companies Home (888) 236-4800
$52 for one gallon and a quart
or you can pay $22/quart at the dealer for Mopar Synthetic Manual Transmission Lubricant, Mopar P/N 4974459

No auto parts stores sell Syntorq but they will sell you something they say will work that doesn't.
Destroyed syncros often don’t show up for 20-50k miles with the wrong fluid.
That’s why you should be skeptical when someone says they’ve been using Brand X for months without any problems.
