I have been wanting to get a set of sticks for my 99.

So I've been shopping around and found that a set of nozzles are much much cheaper than buying the whole injectors.

And im wondering if its worth it to just buy the nozzles, or should i just fork out the money and get the whole show????

Just get the full injector from a good company.

It's probably going to come close to the same total whether you buy stock injectors from the classifieds and have nozzles installed and pop testing or you just buy a set of injectors. At most you might save $50 bucks if you go the nozzle route.

You figure nozzles at about $550 and if pop testing isn't included another $140 brings you to $690, whereas a new set of injectors is about the same price.

i got some 150 horse nozzles for my 99 and there doing great for me i got bds if i had known about cpp,s i woulda got them i have had them since may of last year and are doing great i have an edge ez with them and really opened them up but gtta comp on order now to really push them and see what they can do

Imo buy a set already built. Read the forums real good before you spend your money, there are a few to avoid. Just pay attention to the returned injectors, try to avoid those companies.

not to high jack the thread but is diesel autopower a good place for injectors? i noticed they are really good priced and says there balanced and matched sets? not looking for anything crazy just maybe some 100's

Are your SDX 7x10's the SDX100's or were they custom. I'm thinking about getting Weston to build me some but I'm not going any bigger than the HX35, maybe a Hybrid but that's it.

They are the set used in the injector dyno thread sticky. Lots of info in there.

Broke Down, I also have an Edge Comp but would like to turn it down and run a good injector. I've heard alot of guys making good smooth power with bigger injectors and turning their boxes down to 2-3.

That is what I did with my TST and EZ, I made good power and I could still tow. Look at the thread "Injector Myth"
