I'm currently struggling with a no spooling issue After some tuning from starlight. My truck will not spool and build boost from a stop but has no issue building 34 pounds once rolling.. I had to turn around in a dit's grown in a ditch and I was not able to build boost or power until the wheel started to spitI did not have this issue prior to the tuning.. Is this something to do with starlight do with starlight or is there a communication issue. Please help I am tired of this tune not communicating well

So it's like the torque management is set too light.
Programming issue, easily remedied. Contact your tuner and have him decrease the amount of torque management.

I like minimal TM, so have the smarty set as aggressive as it can be. Roals probably more soot than it should, but I love the throttle response

I would bet its more in the low rpm fueling & timing. Couple of years back i was able to get mine spooling all the way down past 900 rpm. Its under boost anytime its off idle.

Things i learned on the 600/610 motor, rail pressure ramps from 11-12k to 14-15k quickly low in the rpms with the timing slope set appropriately. Meaning timing is advanced to the point where the turbo becomes sluggish, then pull timing back approx 0.25* in that area. Its not a blanket statement, you have to know what cells in the tune are being used during accelleration to set it right.

I found this out with the aluminum driveshaft install... I lost boost after the install. Found the throttle response changed enough to where the timing was no longer set correct to get the turbo lit up. That fix opened up the door to get spool down to 800-900 rpms.

I'll talk to my mechanic that installed the tune but I am thinking u have to go through starlight. I was beginning to think it had to do with my TC just staying locked up but this makes more sense
