My girlfriends dad bought a '95 2500 4x4 about a month ago.. this thing is a pile of crap.. it makes no power period all over the tach.. It has 4" exhaust all the way out from the turbo and a cold air K&N intake AND the 2nd generation IP

from a stop, when you stand on it, it does literally nothing.. then the turbo whines up and then it thinks about moving.. when you driving down the road and you stand on it, it shifts down out of OD but still no power...

from what i've read i think the next step is #100 throttle plate???

help would be much appreciated :S:

I thought the '95 12V was the more sought after engine???

the air filter is fine, it has a K&N cold air kit..
i'll try changing the fuel filter, not sure how old it is??

but something is definitely wrong.. i mean my '82 chevy 6.2L diesel, w/ 302,000 miles on it, has more power than this thing..

it runs great, idles great, fires up first turn of the key, just seriously lacks the power..
sorry for the nooooob question but what is the AFC?? lol

as for adjusting the pump?? my neighbor who use to turn wrenches for dodge told me the 2nd generation pump (he referred to it as the 250 horsepower pump) is the pump to have on that motor but i guess its doesn't have the adjusting screw????? i'll get some pictures of the pump on here in a few days.. i wont be back in town for a couple days..
