they are f'n dogs stock, the 215hp engines are bad enough, i cant imagine what a dog that would be to drive with the 160hp pump!

Next step would be to get some more fuel moving into it.

Also, first things first, you will want to get some gauges in the truck. Boost/Pyro/Trans Temp.

One thing to keep in mind, that stock auto is NOT going to like the added power, especially if its used for towing. Keep in mind that it should have a few dollars spent on that before it nukes.

Check out the link i posted above for pics and info. The AFC is a big ol housing that sits atop the gov housing on the pump, its job is to control preboost and transitional fueling.

Nothing at all special about a 95, actually, the 94/95s are common for pump failures.

Also check out the fuel prefilter/screen and maybe remove the fuel heater while its apart. check out joegs writeup here for pics and info
