I have no fuel pressure at the common rail, I was not able to check with a gauge but we used a piece of paper and cracked the fitting no signs of fuel . I have changed the fuel filter and bleed the lines leading to the high pressure pump. How can you check to see if its the pump or Fuel Control Actuator is the problem. Could another problem pervent the FCA from regulating the fuel into the pump?. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there any codes? You can remove the fca and shack it hard. If it has a slow to no rattle then nfg.
