No heat in cab

Can anyone help me out? I can't get any heat in the cab. When I tow my 10k camper, it runs hot, around 200 to 210 if I'm running up a hill under load. Without towing, it runs 185 to 195. I replaced the thermostat twice. Thought I had a bad one the first time. I have heat for first 30 seconds or so when I first turn on the heater, then it blows cooler air. Last year it was running normal and nice hot air in the winter. All hoses feel hot and I checked the blend door for movement and it does move. Thinking water pump, but it doesn't leak. Ran truck with rad cap off and the coolant doesn't look like it is circulating. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :confused013:

Can you here the blend door in the heater box moving when you turn temp knob? Also have you felt passenger side vents do they blow warm? Has anyone ever put stopleak in this truck?
Nick...I can here the blend door. I get the same temp(close) heat out of the pass. side as the drivers side. I've had the truck for 3 years and never put stop leak in it. I am gonna get the cooling system flushed.
Sounds like a plugged heater core.
